• All fees must be paid in full before or on the first day of classes. One post dated cheque will be accepted for an amount no more than 50% of the total class fee.
  
• Cancellation Policy: NO refunds will be given unless the request is received 2 weeks prior to the program start date, with the exception of medical reasons, accompanied by a letter from your physician. A $25.00 administration fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
  
• Any on-line registrations received without a follow-up payment within 2 weeks, will be considered invalid.
  
• Any registrations not accompanied by the required Pre-Deposit fee will be considered invalid.

Waiver and Release

In consideration of the acceptance of this registration and the school policies, I hereby agree to release Fineza Flamenca and its directors, respective servants and employees from any claims, damages, action of causes of acting arising from, or in any way resulting from my participation in these classes not withstanding any such loss, injury or damage that may have arisen by reason of negligence of Fineza Flamenca Dance School, its servants, agents or employees.

I agree to the above waiver and release. I have also read and understand the Registration Policies. I will be given a Student Handbook at the beginning of the class that will explain all school policies and procedures and it is my responsibility to read, understand and comply to these policies.
